I am trying to watch a tutorial but the screen is not showing the video in clarity. Most of the screen shots I am not even able to see. What is wrong?

Hi John,
That could be due to your internet speed… Youtube may be delivering you a resolution that they feel you can handle without delay. You’ll need to change the resolution and go full screen. If your internet is slow it may take time to prelaod, pause it and let it preload and then press play again to view the video in HD format. To change the resolution of the video click the wheel/gear icon for the video. Then select the higher resolution desired. It will reload, and then you can play this full screen. I am sure this will solve your problem, see the picture below for visual aid.
