What’s in the Customer Care Center?
If you’re an independent thinker, the Knowledgebase is for you! The Knowledgebase is a searchable database of all the commonly asked questions about Enagic® and EWS. You can click and browse through the categories, or type your question in the “Search” field. We have written straightforward articles to thoroughly answer each question, and we encourage you to rate the articles so we know how helpful they were!
Submit a Ticket
If the Knowledgebase didn’t answer your question, you can always submit a ticket to our Customer Care Team. A support ticket is an electronic message that has a tracking number attached to it – much like a package in the mail. This tracking number helps us stay on top of all our communication with you, so messages are never forgotten or misplaced.
This is a great way to track your communication with us and always have a record of the questions you’ve asked and the answers we’ve given.

Renaming the Support Department

That’s why we changed the name of our Customer Support Department to “Customer Care.” Because truly, we care.
