Enagic\u00ae is now processing commission payments via ACH direct deposit for Independent Distributors in the United States. To receive your deposits without delays, your banking information must be current and accurate in your Distributor Support Portal (DSP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you need to do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Log in to DSP and go to the ACH Bank Account section under Tools. Enter or verify your bank routing number and account number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have multiple Distributor ID numbers, you must update the ACH banking information separately for each account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to DSP using your first Distributor ID and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Update your ACH banking information and submit the changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Wait until the ACH status displays\u00a0“Active.”<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Log out of DSP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Log back in using your next Distributor ID and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Repeat the process for each Distributor ID you own.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Each Distributor ID must have its own ACH banking information updated in DSP before commissions can be deposited successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Processing time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ACH commission deposits may take up to seven business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please allow up to seven business days from the date you receive the Check Credit notification email <\/strong>or from the paid date<\/strong> shown on your Sales Report for the deposit to appear in your bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
