EnagicWebSystem.com (EWS) provides websites, storage and email tools to independent Enagic® distributors. Much of the material published through those tools is uploaded by our members, not by us. We do not pre-screen or review that material before it is published.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require our members to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the “DMCA”), and to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of members who are repeat infringers.
Send your notice by email to our Designated Copyright Agent:
Email your notice to dmca@enagicwebsystem.com Subject line: DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement
Email is the only channel we monitor for copyright complaints, and it is the only way to be certain your notice reaches the agent and is acted on promptly. Your notice must be in writing and must contain every item listed in the next section — put them in the body of the email, or attach a signed letter as a PDF.
Please do not telephone a complaint. The law requires a notice to be a written communication carrying a physical or electronic signature, so a phone call cannot be a valid notice however carefully it is taken down, and we cannot act on one. Our phone number is published in the Copyright Office register as part of the agent record below; it is not a filing channel.
This address is for copyright and intellectual property complaints only. Support requests, billing questions, password resets and other correspondence sent here will not receive a reply — please contact support@enagicwebsystem.com instead.
For completeness, this is the Designated Agent record on file with the United States Copyright Office. Please still file by email — a notice sent by post will be delayed considerably and may not reach the agent in time for us to act on it quickly.

The law sets out exactly what an effective notice has to include. These are not our preferences — they are the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A). A notice that omits any of them may not be effective, and we may be unable to act on it. Your notice must include substantially all of the following:
The six items above are what the statute requires, and a notice containing them is effective whether or not anything else is supplied. The following is not required by law, but it helps us act quickly and confidently, and we ask for it wherever you can give it:
You are not being asked to prove ownership. Item 6 above is a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and the law requires no evidence beyond it. But where material is widely reproduced online, showing where each item originates lets us distinguish the rights holder from someone who has simply found the same work elsewhere.
There are legal penalties for a knowingly false notice. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages — including costs and attorneys’ fees — incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or its licensee, or by EnagicWebSystem.com.
Copyright does not cover every use you may dislike. Fair use, licensed use, and material you do not actually own are all common reasons a notice fails. If you are not certain whether the material infringes a copyright you hold, you should consult an attorney before sending a notice.
When we receive a notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified. We will take reasonable steps to notify the member who supplied the material, and we may forward a copy of your notice — including your contact information — to that member.
If you are a member whose material has been removed or disabled and you believe in good faith that this was the result of a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification by email to dmca@enagicwebsystem.com — the same address, and again the only channel we monitor. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include substantially all of the following:
The same penalties apply here: a counter-notification that knowingly misrepresents that material was removed by mistake or misidentification can also create liability under § 512(f).
If we receive an effective counter-notification, we may forward it to the party who sent the original notice. Unless that party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the material not less than 10 nor more than 14 business days after receiving your counter-notification.
EnagicWebSystem.com has adopted and will reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. Termination is governed by our Terms of Service; no refunds are issued and the remainder of the membership is forfeited.
Complaints about alleged trademark infringement, or other alleged violations of intellectual property rights arising from material uploaded by our members, should also be emailed to dmca@enagicwebsystem.com and will be handled under a substantially similar process.
The full copyright and member-content terms form part of the EWS Terms of Service.
