How to use it
- Simply double click on any day or task to edit/add tasks and events!
- Drag and drop tasks to different days to easily rearrange your schedule
- You can even drag the edge of a task to resize it over multiple days!
- This new Task Calendar comes with a new website widget that allows your website visitors to schedule a call with you! If you keep your calendar up to date with your availability then your prospects will only be able to fit in when you have time available!
- Be sure to edit your Availability Schedule to set default availability options for your prospects!!!

Complete bi-directional synchronization with Google Calendar
The Task Calendar has a complete bi-directional synchronization with Google Calendar. Keep your data in sync with ease! That means if you add events to your Google Calendar, they’ll automatically appear in your EWS calendar and vice-versa! For Apple users, Google Calendar can also be used to sync your iPhone calendars, just go get your google account, and when adding the google account to your devices, select to sync your calendar.

Want your calendar to stay in sync on your devices? No problem! Setup your Google Calendar synchronization, then on your device, add your Google account, be sure to allow synchronization of the Calendar! Google will automatically receive updates from EWS, then will update your device calendars for you! 😍

Create as many different calendars as you like to organize your tasks. This also syncs with Google Calendar.
Multi-Contact Integration and Notifications
Task Calendar will also keep all contacts assigned to a task in sync. It notifies your contacts of new events relating to them (with an option to not notify) 15 minutes before an event/task/meeting by email and/or even SMS if you have your contact’s mobile number!
If you have created a meeting and you decide to cancel it, Task Calendar will notify all contacts that are assigned to that meeting.
Contact Actions
When you create a new event and assign a contact to it, Task Calendar sends an email to that contact with the event details. Your contact will then have the possibility to cancel the meeting with a “cancel meeting” button. Then, you will get notified of that cancellation and your contact will have the ability to reschedule.
