We know many of you have been waiting for this product to become available in Canada, and we are very happy to finally share this exciting news with you.
How to Order Kangen Ukon Capsules in Canada
Please follow the instructions below based on your distributor status.
New Distributors
If you are not yet an Enagic distributor and would like to purchase Kangen Ukon Capsules, please complete the following:
- Complete the Distributor Agreement Form.
- Complete the Retail Order Form (Ukon DD) or Retail Order Form (Ukon Sigma).
- Email both completed forms to our Global Operations Center at goc.can@enagic.com.
*For User Orders, please submit only the Retail Order Form.
Existing Distributors
If you are already an Enagic distributor and would like to purchase Kangen Ukon Capsules for yourself, please submit only the Retail Order Form (Ukon DD) or Retail Order Form (Ukon Sigma).
Please email the completed form to goc.can@enagic.com.
Back-Order Replacement Option
To help address the current back-orders for Ukon Tea and Ukon Soap, we will offer an opportunity for customers with existing back-orders to request a replacement with Kangen Ukon Capsules instead.
Replacement requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available inventory.
If you would like to request a replacement, please provide the following information:
- Back Order Account ID#
- Full Name
- Address
- Phone Number
Please send your request by email to ukon-replacement@enagic.ca.
We will process these requests one at a time with the oldest renewal term getting fulfilled in the first place and we kindly ask for your patience as our team works through each request. Please allow us a month from the date requested to receive your product.
We appreciate your understanding, patience, and cooperation regarding the replacement protocol, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this Ukon Tea and Soap back-orders has caused you.
